5 Excellent Digital Cameras for 2009 Under $250!
Digital cameras have always been the favorite for most gadgetophilics and more importantly even for them who care less about the word gadget. Though you need to be really knowledgeable to buy a good digital camera among hundreds of others which look the same, we don’t really get the right guide to choose from. But don’t worry. This new year if you are looking for a good digital camera in a very low price, then this is the article for you. I will discuss 5 digital cameras under $250 to give you the best deal possible. So let’s proceed.
1. Canon PowerShot A590 IS
Canon Powershot A590 IS is a camera that you can leave behind from such discussions. A wonderfully low priced product with 8 MP camera and 4X zoom. It has a 2.4 inch LCD display and conveniently runs on two AA batteries.
Price
$94.99 - $180. Isn’t it outstanding?
2. Nikon Coolpix S610c
I own it and since then it has been a personal favorite of mine. Nikon Coolpix has always gifted us with good digital cameras. And this is no exception. The 10-megapixel Coolpix S610c takes amazing shots and features built-in Wi-Fi, which lets you jump onto any wireless network to send pics via e-mail—but at a 2-megapixel resolution. Again, it improves upon the noise level which is a problem with all the digital cameras under this range. It has a 4X optical zoom and a large 3 inch LCD Display.
Price
$ 249
3. Casio Exilim EX-Z150
This product from Casio looks to target the bothway world of beauty and technology. A 8MP camera with 4X zoom and 3 inch display. Casio Exlim looks very different from the other competitors and has a delightful design and color to go for it. It is very strong too and excepting a little problem with the focussing option of the lens, Exlim can be yours provided all the criteria for buying a good digital camera holds true.
Price
$ 200
4. Olympus Stylus 1050 SW
We had reviewed this recently launched unique digital camera. Moving on to the 10.1-megapixel image resolution with 3x zoom and 2.7-inch display it also has a unique tap control facility. The camera is also waterproof, shockproof, freezeproof. Has a built-in accelerometer and tap controls let you activate some features by tapping.
Price
$ 228.95
5. Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS
Yes we are again favoring Canon. I intended to save a space for Sony Cybershot but in reality its too pricey. On the other hand Canon Powershot looks great and is comfortable to use. Its robust features–which include the company’s fast DIGIC III processor, a maximum aperture of f2.8, and outstanding image quality–allow it to compete with cameras that cost significantly more. Its a 8MP camera with 3X optical zoom.
Price
$199
