MSI has confirmed that they will release a touchscreen netbook that will be based on Intel’s next gen Pine Trail Atom Processors which will combine both CPU and GPU in a single package. The 10 inch convertible U150 will come with Windows 7 but it won’t support the Windows 7’s cool touch Pack Apps as touchscreen will be resistive not capacitive and sans any multitouch capabilities. Before moving to the touch models they will also release a 12 inch Wind U210 Model in September that will have two versions : one with Windows XP, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD for $379, and another with Windows Vista Premium for $429.
