NEW DELHI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com) — In the crowd of the competitive smartphone market in India, US computer maker Dell is all set to mark its presence by introducing two high definition 3G enabled handsets. These two mobile phones are targeted for both high and low-end users as they priced at Rs 10,999 and 16,990 respectively.
