People have learnt today that Magapixel is not the answer to good quality pictures. Fujifilm sensed it literally and has an answer to that. The new Super CCD EXR Sensor is an attempt to make a good digital camera reducing the noise and grain from the pictures.

To find out what Fujifilm provides for us we’ll just go through the 3 Main Modes of the camera.

3 Prime Modes :

Fine Capture Mode (High Resolution) : Finest detail of intricate subjects can be pictured using all the 12MP when light is full and even.

Pixel Fusion Mode (High Sensitivity and Low Noise) : In this mode two adjacent pixels together are considered one pixel which is big enough to absorb light in the darkest of conditions. This produces 6MP Picture  of extraordinary quality with minimal noise and grain even in low-light shots.

Dual Capture (Wide Dynamic Range) : The camera captures two different pictures at the same time with two different exposures, which, when combined, gives an excellent level of detail in highlights and low lights that would otherwise be lost.
