It has been reported that Shenzhen Great Loong Brother Industrial, a Chinese company, which is a seller of tablet computers has filed a lawsuit over the iPad design of Apple. They have claimed that the design of the iPad is copied from the design, which they have patented in 2009.

As per the reports, the tablet PC of Apple is lighter than the PC of the Chinese brand. Reports also indicate that the battery life of Apple iPad is also more than that of the iPad. Though the two devices have some differences, both of them come with black border and use touchscreen. It has been reported that the sizes of the computers are also quite similar for which the Chinese company has filed lawsuit over iPad design of Apple.

The officials of the company, who are extremely enraged by this act of Apple Inc., in a statement indicated that they have also sold some models of their tablet computer in the United States. However, they did not provide any information about the retailers, who are selling their computers.
