San Francisco (GaeaTimes.com) - Logitech is widely known for its high performance delivering audio equipments and they have added one more feather to their crown by launching new F540 gaming three console headphone.ARTICLE CONTINUED BELOW
This unique headset can be used with TVs, DVDs, with RCA plugs for three external devices apart from Xboxs and PS3s. With in-build voice control keys and mute keys it would be very easy to operate it. There is also a mute indicator at the tip of the microphone. It constantly gives red signals when it is in mute mode. You can control both voice and game voice as there are two separate buttons for this. The ear pads can be molded to ear sizes as to protect voice from noises. The microphone itself also reduces the annoying background noises to deliver clear, intelligible voice command.
I am not sure if F540 will surely be one of the hot favorite for every gaming freak but those who are having trouble maintaining three separate headphones for his/her gaming consoles would want one for sure. You can recharge it’s 10 hour lasting battery even when it is in use. The headset comes up with a USB connector cum charger which can charge it even when it is on.
The headset will cost you about $150, same as G930 launched recently, but there are some differences you’d want to take note of. G930 was a Dolby Pro Logic II 7.1 surround enabled headphone whereas F540 is simply a stereo one. But as the wise people say, you have to lose something to gain something. You get the power of multiple inputs by losing the output sound features.
