NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — The prices of the Mac Mini have been slashed in the Non US markets. Apple did not announce this neither did it create a buzz regarding this. Perhaps, Apple listened to our sage advice for giving Mac Mini a reduced price. The prices have fallen by 100 Euros in Europe and by 50 Pounds in UK. The US price still remains at $699.

This may be due to the dollar’s continuous decline as compared to other currencies but its still unclear. It may be that Apple is trying to introduce the Apple OS deeper into Asian Markets. The new Mac Mini has improved energy efficiency. Such factors have led Apple to sell Mac Mini as the most affordable Mac in terms of both price and power costs. Now buyers can get a Nvidia GeForce 320M graphics processor, a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor, 320GB hard drive, and 2GB of RAM at 709 Euros.
