MUMBAI, INDIA (GaeaTimes.com)- The Indian market is seeing a flurry of Mobile companies of late. Apart from the big names like LG and Samsung, the local and regional companies are also making foray in the Indian mobile market. Micromax which is emerging as a popular vendor, has recently launched its Q5 mobile handset in the Indian market. The price for this model has been set at 5100 INR. The model boasts of dual SIM capability, so the users who have two SIMs need not carry two mobile phones. The phone is targeted at the business users and those who love messaging. That explains why it has got a QWERTY keypad.

The Sleek 262k color screen of the Micromax Q5 Mobile is good to look at. However, it comes equipped just with a 2MP camera. It would have been better if the company had used a higher resolution model. However, at a price close to the psychological 5000 mark, this seems a reasonable move. The music player used in the newly launched phone supports a plethora of media formats. It also offers a video player and stereo FM radio. Some games have also been bundled in for additional entertainment.

While Micromax Q5 Mobile set has a low internal memory of 15MB, one can bump it up to 8GB using external memory card. The phone also has Bluetooth for wireless transfer of media. It is also capable of dealing with instant messaging and offers integration with Facebook. Micromax has launched this mobile in India with the right price.
