Though the Droid 2 is almost identical to the older Droid in both the design and build, but then there are some significant updates have been implemented. Well, let me tell you the physical keyboard isn’t any longer a joke thankfully there’s a directional pad. Take a close look and you will find all the keys are quite properly placed and typing is easier on a more tactile keyboard. The second thing to take into count is that front bezel has also been smoothed out, so finally it no longer sticks out like a sore thumb, and actually feels good to have on the handset.

The best thing is that, it feels like a smartphone, combined with a good weight and a well shapely design, fat as it may be. To justify that excess thickness, there is the physical keyboard as the reason for it but if you’re interested in a physical keyboard, your options are small screen or thicker phone. The battery panel is the other thing that has made improvements.
Pros:
- Firm build and stylish design
- Lots of Improvements
- Nice User-friendly keyboard
Cons:
- Unacceptably Slow software
- Occasional Poor screen sensitivity
- Primitive still camera
