Motorola has been maintaining its trend of concealing the design of upcoming mobile handset everytime. And Droid Pro is not an exception. The design and specifications of the phone was a complete secret until it was unveiled on Wednesday.

The Droid Pro, which is reportedly launched by the joint venture of Motorola and Verizon is a Android 2.2 smartphone. It has a permanent QWERTY keyboard that is similar to the Palm Pixi. The Pro is aimed at business users and will appear exec-friendly for BlackBerry smartphones.
The new Motorola smartphone boasts 1GHz processor, 2GB of internal memory (plus a 2GB microSD card), 3.1″ multi-touch display, 3G connectivity plus Mobile HotSpot capability, and a 5MP camera with LED flash.
Keeping with business mission, the Droid Pro includes some advanced security features like AuthenTec IPSec VPN integration, device/SD card remote wipe, and complex password support.
Motorola Mobility CEO Sanjay Jha said that Droid Pro will set a new standard for enterprise and provides users with the full smartphone experience.
