nokia-booklet-3gWe thought that Nokia would release a tablet in their forthcoming Nokia World 09 on September 2. But it seems they are eying a bigger scenario as they announced a totally full function PC inside a netbook form factor. It seems to run on Windows 7 and comes with in built 3G with hot-swappable SIM Cards and Assisted GPS functionality which doesn’t look like just another netbook in that already crowded market segment. We don’t have any information on its pricing yet and you have to wait till September 2 for any further information but we think that Nokia would manage to get some heavy subsidy by cellphone plans like they did with the Nokia Surge. Here are the details and a video of Nokia Booklet 3G.
