NEW YORK (GaeaTimes.com) — The price of Motorola Droid 2 has fallen to $150. The fall in this price is due to the release of the Droid 2 Global. The Droid 2 Global has been priced at $200 which is the reason behind the price reduction of the original Droid 2.

The original model is on contract $149.99 from Verizon Wireless. According to the Company’s internal systems, the price of the original Droid 2 will remain around that until January. Although, the company website shows the same screenshot priced at $199.99 until 30th December, some sweet deals are expected to hit the stores before the specified date.

The most exciting part of the story is that the Droid 2 R2-D2 edition is still priced at $250. If you really want that go on and make your buy. It should be one of the best deals in the market today.
