Samsung Launches TouchScreen LCDs of 5 Different Size

The other day Samsung came up with a 256GB Solid State Drive/ It boasts of read speeds up to 220MB/s and writes up to 200MB/s, which makes it half-faster than the Microns and way faster than the Toshibas. It can store 25 high-definition movies in just 21 minutes, a significant advancement over a 7200rpm HDD, which takes about 70 minutes.

April 1st, 2009 NEW DELHI - Samsung India Wednesday launched its full-touch slider phone, Samsung Ultra, and said it has partnered with the state-run telecom operators BSNL and MTNL to bundle phones for the third generation (3G) mobile services. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) and Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Ltd (MTNL) rolled out 3G services and are bundling handsets with their services for which they have tied up with Samsung.

The new handset, launched under its low-cost line of products - "Guru" - at a price of Rs.2,799, has a solar panel on the back, which can be used to charge the battery anywhere the sun is shining.
