Hello, my R720 laptop has stopped working. Im wondering if anyone knows or has encoutered my issue.
First of all, my laptop loading cursor was flashing and did not allow me to access the task bar, then eventually froze. I started by rebooting my laptop and from there it hasn’t been able to get past the windows logo before resetting. I’ve tried the recommended process, which only takes me to the start up screen and doesn’t go any further. I tried system restore (which is built into the R720, no disc required or presented) which also doesn’t go any further than the “Samsung Recovery Center” page, and displays “please wait”.
If anyone knows what my issue is or has encountered something similar, I’d highly appreciate it if that person could maybe help me in regards to my problem.
I’m running on Windows 7 which was the current Operating System supplied with my laptop.
Many advanced thanks,
Ryan!
