Sandisk Sansa Clip+SanDisk Sansa gets a boost, gets upgraded with a microSD slot and a +.  That means, Sansa Clip is now Sansa Clip+ and more importantly, with this enhanced storage slot its all the more effective, cheaper and affordable alternative to unusually high priced and sophisticated iPods. The change in the directional pad is squared-shaped rather than round as is the Home button. Most of the other things remain same.

  • The microSD slot supports up to 16GB of external memory. Seamless integration of micro SD card is really awesome. As you can just push the card in and it will synchronize without a hiccup.
  • Ofcourse audio retains absolute quality.
  • Rhapsody DNA, a voice recorder, an FM tuner — all remain as they were in the previous version.
  • Ogg Vorbis and Audible for audio books are now included as the supported format.

To be precise, Sandisk has hit the nail at the right spot again. Its very good, can be excellent if the battery performance increases a bit more. Wishful me I know.
