Sony Reader Daily Edition Now Available for $299

NEW YORK (Gaeatimes.com) — Sony unveiled its new Reader Daily Edition PRS-950SC for $299 and now it has started behind shipped to the masses. Thus cool new gadget has come up with a 7″ touchscreen bundled with Wi-Fi and 3G. With speedy new Spartan Web Browser and 2GB of integrated storage space, the Sony Reader has quite a good stand.

The reader is now available at selected retail outlets and it can be ordered online from SonyStyle.com. The optical touchscreen technology is unique when compared to its competitors and enhances easy usage. It also enables basic web browsing via wi-fi and has a set of preloaded URLs like Google.com, Wikipedia.com and Facebook.com. The basic wireless connectivity comes free of charge and users have got the advantage of loading personal documents and content from compatible sites via USB.

With a integrated 2GB storage space it also comes with a memory expansion slot capable of storage upto 32 GB. It is available in Silver and has added features like built in eDictionaries from Oxford Dictionary along with translation support of 10 languages including French, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch.
