With so many different services in different accessories available today, it becomes hard to effectively communicate with each other. What if it is all simplified and unified under a single standard? What if a world-wide comprehensive service is started? Well apparently its on its way. Unified Mobile Broadband standard is the burning need of the day and GSM Association (a global trade association representing more than 750 GSM mobile phone operators across 218 territories and countries of the world) has taken an initiative to standardize the process. Microsoft, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, Toshiba, Qualcomm and a bunch of carriers are on board to ensure that Mobile Broadband-certified machines will soon be ready and able to connect in some 91 countries around the world.
