Verizon Hub Discontinued

verizon-hubSan Francisco - Verizon thought that the Verizon Hub would be something that can be called the re-invention of the home phone. They launched the phone when millions of users were canceling the wired phone service or simple landline phone services and though that people would move to this home phone that packs in the capability of making VoIP calls, weather and time widgets, calendar system, traffic information, family bulletin board, and even support for streaming video clips from V Cast. It created some stir in the market with its innovative ideas and some exited people bought it at $200 with a $35/month two year contract. But after the initial excitement was gone, people soon realized that it was a disgusting thing to have. They saw that a smartphone is more convenient than the Verizon Hub.
